People want to be in charge of their actions, to be recognized for what they've accomplished, to learn new things, and to believe that what they're doing matters, so how can you give them that?

WAYS TO MOTIVATE OTHERS

1. Inquire of them.
Explain exactly what you need, when you need it, and why you need it. By explaining the bigger picture, others can see how their contributions will matter and can make better decisions about how to complete the task.

2.Motivate them.
Explain why you chose them over someone else to ask. Make a list of the information, abilities, and experiences that qualify them for the job. People generally live up to your expectations, so create high ones and tell them you want them to succeed.

3.Listen
Most people try to motivate others by giving them a long speech, but this rarely works because motivation comes from within. The best way to motivate others is to begin by listening to what they want to do. Learn about the person's aims and dreams. Continue with these steps if it's something you wish to encourage.

4. Encourage
This is one of the most crucial steps, because starting a dream is terrifying. People are so afraid of falling or seeming stupid that they never try to achieve their goals, which is where you come in. Encourage them by saying things like, "I think you'll be fantastic at that."

5.Dreams
This is the most enjoyable step because you may fantasize about your business's success and say things like, "Wouldn't it be great if your business took off and you didn't have to work at that job you despise?" Allowing people to dream helps to solidify motivation and bring their dreams closer to reality.
